General Terms and Conditions

Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all Germancube/LanguageCube/LearningCube offers. Legally valid registration is

  • The registration form signed by you
  • Your registration by phone or e-mail
  • An offer accepted by us

Registration

A legally valid registration requires payment of the course fee before the start of the course. Non-payment of the course fee is not considered a deregistration. The course fee will not be refunded in the event of non-attendance. However, the course can be transferred to a third person. Joining after the start of the course If places are available, you can join a current course at any time. The course fees will be charged from the date of entry.

Postponement/cancellation

Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the course will be charged a processing fee of CHF 100. Cancellations between the 13th and 7th day before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course fee. From the 7th day before the start of the course, 80% of the course fee will be charged. In serious cases, an exception may be made at the discretion of the management. This decision is at the discretion of the management.

Absences/vacations

Unattended course days (semi-intensive groups) can neither be made up nor refunded.

For subscriptions of Skype hours applies:

  • 10-pack subscription: redeemable within 12 weeks
  • 5-pack subscription: redeemable within 7 weeks

Course cancellation

If a course day is canceled, it will be made up after consultation with the group. If this is not possible, the canceled lesson will be credited to your customer account.

Reservations

The management reserves the right to dispose of and pass on course places that have not been paid for before the start of the course. If the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached, the course can only be held with an increase in the course fee. We also reserve the right to make changes to the course program, price adjustments and the General Terms and Conditions.

Terms of payment

The course fee must be paid before the start of the course. If desired, this can also be paid in a maximum of 3 installments. However, a fee of CHF 5 per installment will be charged.

Legal venue

Swiss law applies to all legal relationships. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
